Intensive training sessions are scheduled in the mornings.

Morning training sessions
Week Schedule (Monday - Friday)
There are 2 shifts by levels*
First shift (high intermediate, advance levels):
08:00 β 10:00
Tennis group session
10:00 β 11:30
Fitness, physical preparation
Second shift (low intermediate, beginner levels):
08:00 β 9:30
Fitness, physical preparation
09:30 β 10:00
Break, 30 min rest
10:00 β 12:00

*Notes:
- Some weeks the schedule by levels might be changed. For example, at 10am might be a training sessions for advanced players.
- If only one player attends the morning session, it will be 1 hour individual training.

We adjust the plan as you improve and as the season goes on.
