Intensive training sessions are scheduled in the mornings.
Suitable for all ages and skill levels.
Week Schedule (Monday - Friday)
First shift :
08:00 - 09:30 Fitness, physical preparation
09:30 - 10:00 Break, 30 min rest
10:00 - 12:00: Tennis Group Session
Second shift :
10:00 - 11:30: Fitness, physical preparation
11:30 - 12:00 Break, 30 min rest
12:00 - 14:00: Tennis Group Session
*Note: If only one player attends the morning session, it will be a 1.5-hour individual training.
Our training program "Mornings" is designed for players of all skill levels, emphasizing attention to detail and full commitment. Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced player with ITF, ATP, or WTA rankings, we tailor each session to individual goals. We address everything from shot improvement to building match confidence.
As the season unfolds, we modify our program to meet short-term targets and long-term growth.
Key elements of our training include video analyses, ball machine drills, sparring, and practice matches. After each session, we review and discuss areas of success and those that need further refinement.
Should players desire more practice, additional sessions are available upon request.
